Limits and errors
Rate limits, size limits and the error codes your website may receive from Atlas.
Rate limits

| Page-view beacon | 120 per minute per IP address and environment |

| Core Web Vitals | 3 manual checks per environment per hour |
When a limit is reached Atlas answers 429. Wait and retry with backoff.

Common error codes

Your website should treat any 5xx or timeout as “Atlas unavailable” and serve its built-in fallback.
